The residence hall is staffed by the Director of Residence Life, a Graduate Assistant and Resident Advisors (RAs), all of whom are members of the residence life and student affairs staff. They are responsible for the personal and group needs of resident students and to insure that their living experience will assume educational significance. The staff is also a liaison with the maintenance concerns and the Department of Facilities and Property Management.

The front line people, however, are the Resident Advisors who live with the students on their respective floor sections. To enhance their skills, the staff participates in an in-service training and leadership programs.
